What Is Morpheus8 RF Microneedling?

Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive treatment that pairs radio frequency(RF) energy with microneedling. Morpheus8 works to tighten and resurface the skin as heat is delivered into the tissue through the micro needles. This action triggers a healing response and allows the body to promote new collagen and elastin. Morpheus8 can be used throughout the face and body to firm and tighten laxity, smooth texture(poor size/scarring), help the appearance of stretch marks, and to improve fine lines/ wrinkles.

In our practice, Morpheus8 is most commonly used and extremely effective in treating
the lower half of the face (jawline/mouth/double chin). A topical numbing compound will be applied to the area prior to treatment. Your provider will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have during the “numbing time”. Once the numbing compound is removed, your provider will begin treating the area. Your provider may ask questions when the treatment first begins to determine treatment settings so that they provide a comfortable and effective treatment for you. Discomfort is minimal with the topical numbing, we also provide a zimmer chiller
for added comfort (a hose that blows extremely cold air).

Microneedling may also be referred to as collagen induction therapy.
